Prohibited Conduct
- Bribery Prohibited: Offering, promising, or providing anything of value to any individual or organization to gain an improper business advantage is strictly forbidden.
- Anti-Kickbacks: Accepting or requesting improper payments or "kickbacks" from vendors or partners is prohibited.
- Facilitation Payments: T-Plus prohibits "grease payments" to government officials to accelerate routine administrative actions.
Interactions with Partners & Government
T-Plus maintains strict ethical standards when working with global partners—such as Zoho, Freshworks, and Planview, Collins Aerospace —and government agencies.
We certify that no owner or senior manager of T-Plus is a government official.
Any gifts or entertainment provided to business contacts must be of nominal value and legally compliant.
Financial Transparency
All financial transactions must be recorded accurately, completely, and transparently within the company’s accounting systems. No "off-the-books" accounts or secret funds are permitted under any circumstances.

Whistleblowing & Reporting Procedure
Purpose
This procedure ensures that all employees and partners can report suspected misconduct, such as bribery, fraud, or breaches of our Code of Conduct, without fear of retaliation.
Reporting Channels

- Executive Office: You may request a private meeting with the CEO, Trần Vương Duy Hiếu, to discuss sensitive matters directly.
Investigation Process
- Acknowledgment: T-Plus will acknowledge receipt of the report within 48 business hours.
- Confidentiality: The identity of the whistleblower will be kept strictly confidential to the extent permitted by law.
- Review: The CEO or a designated internal auditor will conduct a fair and objective investigation into the claims.
- Resolution: Appropriate corrective actions or disciplinary measures will be taken based on the findings.
Non-Retaliation Guarantee
T-Plus strictly prohibits any form of retaliation (e.g., termination, demotion, or harassment) against anyone who makes a report in good faith.
