Our Commitment

T-Plus is committed to conducting business with the highest level of integrity, transparency, and ethics. We maintain a "zero-tolerance" policy toward any form of bribery or corruption in our operations worldwide.

Prohibited Conduct

• Bribery Prohibited: Offering, promising, or providing anything of value to any individual or organization to gain an improper business advantage is strictly forbidden.
• Anti-Kickbacks: Accepting or requesting improper payments or "kickbacks" from vendors or partners is prohibited.
• Facilitation Payments: T-Plus prohibits "grease payments" to government officials to accelerate routine administrative actions.

Interactions with Partners & Government

T-Plus maintains strict ethical standards when working with global partners—such as Zoho, Freshworks, and Planview, Collins Aerospace —and government agencies.

We certify that no owner or senior manager of T-Plus is a government official.

Any gifts or entertainment provided to business contacts must be of nominal value and legally compliant.

Financial Transparency

All financial transactions must be recorded accurately, completely, and transparently within the company’s accounting systems. No "off-the-books" accounts or secret funds are permitted under any circumstances.

Reporting & Non-Retaliation

Any employee or partner who suspects a violation is responsible for reporting it directly to the CEO via email: compliance@tplus.com.vn.

T-Plus is committed to protecting whistleblowers and does not tolerate any form of retaliation against those reporting in good faith.
